Here is my description of a role I am hiring for: [transcript]. First, list the gaps or questions you need answered to write strong hiring documents. After I answer, write a job description. Then we will build the posting, interview guide, scoring rubric and onboarding plan from it.
How to use it

Generate the job description first 5. Generate the posting, interview guide and rubric, each using the previous document 6. Generate a 30-60-90 day onboarding plan 7. Edit every document before use
