Terms of use

Last updated October 16, 2026. Draft: to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

These terms apply when you visit or use Solving With AI (“the hub”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the hub, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the hub.

1. Who can use the hub

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if higher.
  • You may browse without an account. Posting, saving, commenting and other actions need a free account.
  • One person, one account. Don't share your sign-in or impersonate anyone.
  • If you use the hub on behalf of your employer, you confirm you're allowed to share what you post.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
  • Your display name, picture and profile details are public. Your email is never shown to other members.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

3. Your content

  • You keep ownership of what you post: use cases, prompts, bounties, answers, comments, files and links.
  • By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, copy, format and distribute it on the hub and in our newsletter, so the community can benefit from it.
  • You also allow other members to view, copy, adapt and remix your content for their own work, with credit shown where the hub provides it.
  • You confirm you have the right to share what you post, and that it doesn't break any law, contract, employer policy or someone else's rights.
  • When you delete content, it's removed from the hub. Copies other members already made, and short-lived backups, may remain.

4. Never post confidential or personal data

Do not post customer names, account details, internal documents, trade secrets, passwords, API keys, health or financial records, or anyone's personal information. Remove or replace these with placeholders like {{customer name}} before you post. We may remove content that contains them without notice.

5. Acceptable use

Follow the Ground rules. In particular, you must not:

  • Post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or misleading.
  • Share prompts or workflows designed to cause harm, get around AI safety measures, deceive people, or break other services' terms.
  • Spam, self-promote without adding value, or post undisclosed ads or affiliate links.
  • Upload malware, or files you don't have the right to share.
  • Game points, badges, “I used this” counts or rankings, for example with multiple accounts.
  • Scrape, overload or try to break into the hub, or access other members' private data.

6. Moderation

  • Members can report content. Content reported by several members may be hidden automatically while we review it.
  • We may hide, edit labels on, or remove content, and we may pause or ban accounts that break these terms or the ground rules. Where we can, we'll tell you why.
  • We may take back points or badges earned through removed content or rule-breaking.

7. AI-advice disclaimer

  • Everything on the hub is peer tips from other members, not professional, legal, financial, medical or employer-approved advice.
  • “I used this” counts and badges show that people found something useful. They don't mean it is accurate, safe or right for your situation.
  • AI tools can produce wrong, biased or made-up output. Always review AI output before you rely on it, and follow your organization's AI policies.
  • Our own AI features (the post polisher and the site helper) can make mistakes too.

8. Third-party tools and links

The hub mentions and links to tools and sites we don't control, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Tool names and trademarks belong to their owners; mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us or we endorse them.

9. Sponsorship

Sponsored placements are always labeled “Sponsored” and never affect search results, rankings, points, badges or the site helper's answers. See the Sponsor disclosure policy.

10. The service

  • The hub is free and provided “as is”. We may change, pause or stop features at any time.
  • To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on content posted by members or AI output.
  • You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you broke these terms or posted content you had no right to share.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you on the hub or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the hub after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms? Use the report button on any item, or contact the hub team through the site.
